The Elevator Load Weighing Control System is a control device that consists of a control unit, strain-gauge transducers (hereinafter referred to as strain gauges), termination boxes and connecting cables.
The Elevator Load Weighing Control System is a control device that consists of a control unit, strain-gauge transducers (hereinafter referred to as strain gauges), termination boxes and connecting cables.
The System is designed to measure the load level in the elevator cabin and transfer corresponding signals to the elevator control system.
The Elevator Load Weighing Control System provides:
- data signals transmission to the elevator control station);
- overload alarm;
- reset of load value of empty elevator cabin;
- storage of saved settings;
- display of elevator cabin load on controller indication panel in kilograms and percentage of elevator capacity;
- safety interlock of relay output contacts during cabin moving.
Number of strain gauges could differ from 1 to 8 Type of termination box and its number, as well as the number of connecting cables, depends on number of connected strain gauges.
UKZ-VT advantages:
- Displaying of weight values in kilograms or percentage on control unit display
- Displaying of output relays state
- Elevator load analog signal 0-10V
- Safety interlock of relay output contacts after external signal of elevator cabin movement
- Support Modbus
- Versions with power supply 230VAC and 24VDC
- Up to 4 outputs
